The EOI management team has decades of experience in building technology markets and growth companies. We are dedicated individuals with deep expertise in ozone technology and extensive backgrounds in physics, biotechnology, and mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering. We actively support leading manufacturers of innovative consumer and industrial goods to create new-to-the-world ozone-based products.
CEO: Wayne Lieberman
With nearly three decades of high tech experience, Mr. Lieberman is considered a strong operational entrepreneur with many successful endeavors. He has led the accelerated growth and successful liquidity events of several companies focused on both consumer and industrial products. Mr. Lieberman previously served as a CEO of Entorian Inc (NASDAQ: OTC Markets: ENTN), VP/GM of Marvell Semiconductor, Worldwide Manager of DSP Software Business Development for Texas Instruments, and served in various other senior management positions. Additionally, he holds a patent for circuit module turbulence enhancement and systems methods. Mr. Lieberman holds a BA degree from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh which he achieved with high honors distinction.
CTO: Hossein Zarrin
Mr. Zarrin brings more than 20 years of experience in the ozone and sterilization industries. Mr. Zarrin has developed ozone equipments from concept to production and he has managed technical teams of up to 60 people. Previously Mr. Zarrin was Program Manager of Pharmaceutical Ozone at MKS Instruments, and served as Director of Engineering at In-USA Ozone Inc. Prior to that, he was Project Manager at Charm Bioengineering Inc. where he developed a microwave sterilization technology used for biological fluids and cell culture media. Mr. Zarrin earned his BS Chemical Eng at the University of Massachusetts.
CSO: Jeff Booth
Mr. Booth, EOI Chief Science Officer, joined EOI in 2010 and has 18 years of experience in industrial research and development. His career has been centered around analyzing and designing products immersed in fluids. At Emo Labs he developed software tools to analyze and design novel audio speakers. Prior to that, at Bosch, he was the chief heat transfer engineer for all electromechanical products. He also participated in core development of codes and experimental techniques to maintain a world class edge for engine cooling fan development. He obtained a BSME from MIT in 1993.
COO: Dave Lutz
Mr. Lutz accomplishments include development of some of the earliest ink-jet printer cartridge designs. Additionally, he founded and ran Sequel Imaging (computer peripherals) and achieved growth through boot-strap financing, and eventually negotiated acquisition of Sequel by a Swiss company. Mr. Lutz holds a BS Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
CMO and VP Products: Karen Hanley
Mrs. Hanley brings nearly 30 years of experience and a focus on market development and product management. Her leadership of growth businesses and high-performance teams spans a range of global high-tech and industrial segments, including semiconductor (TXN, MOT, FSL), wireless, imaging, energy, and clean technology. She holds a BS in Bioengineering from Texas A&M University.
